I created this page because I have had several people approach me about partnering with me  in purchasing some commercial real estate.  I am looking a couple right now and I will post them when  they are more solid.  I also have a residential property that may be available soon.  One could start off with this property with 100 K equity right off the bat.  I will post more as I know more.
