As a successful real estate investor I realized that I needed some financial education.  I was beginning to make some good profits from my investing but I did not want to continue to operate with old financial mind sets or ideas that I had been operating in for years.  In January of 2008 I decided two things: I wanted to duplicate my mentors and they had learned over the years how to market on the internet and add to their cash flow.  My first goal was to learn how to do something that was completely foreign to me - how to navigate my way through the eternal abyss of internet marketing.  I heard a statement recently that encouraged me - You can't have clarity without commitment.  I decided to clarify and commit.
